This is, a beautiful weekend.

◆About us... afterimage◆
Founded in February 2003, afterimage is a company of all male dancers.
The company's work has widely drawn considerable attention, for "feel-good dance",
associated with contact improvisation, and for the unique range of dancers,
which includes ex-Rugby player, game archade worker and paper boy.
Based on Nagoya city, Aichi, afterimage joined various dance events,
prior to the company's first individual performance in April 2006.
Since then, the company has performed at cities inside and out of Aichi.
Another feature of the troop is Open Workshop, which is held regurally since year 2008.
In 2008 afterimage start to host "a revolt of peasants" series,
which presents non-genre short works choreographed and danced by Aichi-based artists.
While the members works very hard in part-time jobs as well,
afterimage hopes that dance can comprehend the whole world, to be concious of people,
mind and environment.
